Motion 9 Studios’ highly rated app, Kinetic Balls, quickly made it to the number one position in the App Store after release. And no wonder, it’s a fun game and it’s free. Furthermore, they’ve introduced many updates since it’s release, helping maintain their customer base.

We interviewed the app’s creator:
1) What inspired you to build the app?
“Re-thinking the newtons cradle app played in childhood, we wanted to emulate the experience leveraging the touch interface capabilities and present it in a creative manner to the customers. Many have never seen an app with numerous skins that is also available in the App Store for FREE!!”
2) Why does the ad revenue model make sense for you?
“The ad revenue model is assessed to a major revenue stream for any genre of apps, given the high visibility and exponential market cap.”
3) Why did you choose Mobclix?

4) What tips do you have for other developers?
“Envision the mobile industry as a great tool to customize technology to benefit customers, besides just making apps used on a day to day basis. The better the idea, the more its shared and the greater mileage it provides to the company which produced it. “
