Highlighting our Video and Interactive Ads

November 20, 2009

Your phone is no longer just a phone. It’s a web browser, a gaming device, a way to respond to email, and a searching device. So why should mobile ads just be banners? We wanted to highlight the capabilities of our exchange to create dynamic, interactive, and video ads. Advertisers can create ads that stream video and allow interaction. Ads can utilize device specific features such as the accelerometer, multi-touch, and sound. We have ads where you can literally pour yourself a drink by tilting the screen, ads that mimic real interactive games, and ads that utilize the compass to have objects always fall to the ground.

Our interactive and video ads utilize web views and streaming so developers do not need to push out new updates to include these ads. What does this mean for advertisers? A much bigger audience that you can reach instantly. And developers can take advantage of the latest technology in advertising without having to wait for Apple to approve their latest update. The question is not whether our advertising exchange can support your ad, but if your ad is using the full potential of our exchange. Engage your customers by using the native features of their smartphones and watch your returns skyrocket.
