To accompany our Mobile White Book and Total Mobile White Paper presented at our Mobile Marketing Innovation and Networking Lunch, we put together the Total Mobile infographic highlighting UK consumer preferences for mobile marketing communications. Turns out, consumers are open to messaging and promotions from their favorite brands – as long as it’s on their terms. Check out some highlights and the full infographic below!
- 55% of consumers are willing to accept branded communication via mobile if delivered on opt-in terms
- 86% of consumers identify email (including mobile optimised) as the channel on which they are most likely to respond to and is most relevant for a brand to deliver an update
- 47.2% would accept one branded communication from their favorite brand every month
- Key factors for delivering results include building trusted relationships, giving consumers choice, adopting a conversational tone, making communications timely and relevant, and building a device agnostic mobile strategy
