We’re excited to be featuring Limbic Software, developers of TowerMadness Zero. TowerMadness Zero is a highly addictive free tower defense game that is currently ranked number five out of free apps. TowerMadness Zero uses Mobclix ads and has about 800,000 ad impressions a day and one million Tower Madness users worldwide since launch.
Limbic Software is headquartered in Palo Alto, CA (like Mobclix) and had satellite offices in San Diego and Germany. They became interested in iPhone development after discovering its potential as a powerful gaming platform. Unimpressed by the selection of games at the iPhone’s launch, they became confident that we would make our mark on the App Store.
Biggest tip for other developers? Strike a careful balance between maximizing impressions and maintaining the user experience when integrating advertisements into their Apps.
