Back in November, we held our ‘Becoming a Multi-Channel Retailer‘ webinar where participants took away trends and insights into the constantly evolving mobile landscape, tips on what to keep an eye out for in the future, and the opportunities available for brands to connect with customers across platforms.
Paul Skeldon from Internet Retailing joined us as the moderator of the webinar, setting the retail scene for our participants; he also hosted our interactive Q&A where all attendees had the opportunity to ask our speakers questions. Simon Green, Strategic Planning Director at Velti, presented the latest trends on mobile devices and mobile advertising, while Matt Cockett, VP of Sales at Velti, presented an overview of Total Mobile Marketing, its opportunities and how to talk to customers on their channel of choice. Our guest speaker, David Copeland from Vodafone, shared Vodafone’s successful approach to building a multi-channel marketing campaign across their entire customer base that led to a 30% growth in total base engagement.
