Initial research has showed us that tech-savvy customers are hungry and ready to connect with brands on mobile. Many brands have already taken their first exploratory steps in activating their mobile strategy with others, continuing to invest and utilise the channel to retain and drive loyalty through tailored offers, incentives and rewards.

We are keen to understand how these trends will develop over the next coming months–and you can help us by taking part in our Mobile Marketing and Advertising Survey!
